2024 Seamstress Semillon

Our 2024 Semillon is more than just a bottle of wine; it's a testament to our vineyard's history and our dedication to preserving its natural beauty. Made from our cherished 75-year-old survivor vines, this wine captures the essence of our land with every sip. 

What we love most about this Semillon is its considered acidity and elegant structure, complemented by a subtle hint of savory notes—think oyster shell character. It's a wine that pairs perfectly with fresh seafood, from oysters and prawns to a freshly filleted King George whiting with a crunchy cos heart and Parmesan salad.
